This is the 4th year we have gone to Conconully Lake Resort, owned and operated by Dave and Janie Carpenter. The fishing was good. Usually we visit in August only. This year we are going 2 times, June and August. Caught our limit all days. Fish were active and fun to catch. Ours were all average, the lady on next dock caught a really large (2-3 lbs) trout. We only fished off the dock this time. The party barge will be ours in August though. Dave and Janie are great hosts. The cabins are always fully stocked (all you need is clothes and food), and it is quiet. There are lots of boats to rent or bring your own. Also room for RV's and hookups. They also have a little store to get those things you forgot or ran out of. Rates are very very reasonable too. WE LOVE IT
