This lake is great fishing for 6" to 12" rainbow late in the season. Most any small dry fly works although caddis can be thick. A few years back I did catch a 14" cutt so they are in there and probably from Lake Sutherland, since they are connected by Indian Creek. Can occasionally find big Brookies with a leech pattern. There are no toilets as mentioned at this launch site but the rafting and kayaking business 1/4 mile away allows use of theirs if you don't clean your fish in the sink. Numerous deadheads just under the surface throughout the lake so powerboats need to go very slow. Row boats, tubes, etc. are fine since most fishing is done near the launch in the shallow delta area where the Elwha River dumps in. WFW decal needed to park at launch..
