10/12/2015 8:38:00 PMHow was the meat on the fish? I know they just stocked it with 1lb+ fish, my buddy and I were thinking about hitting the lake before salmon season starts up this week, but I wasn't sure how the meat would be on the fish this early after being stocked.

10/13/2015 12:28:00 AMI don't know what it is,maybe just the character of the lake but its always been my favorite lake.Don't even care if I get skunked,just love to fish it.Wish my health and finances would allow me to make the trip.

10/13/2015 8:59:00 PMIt's my favorite lake as well, only Lake I ever fish anymore, I'm mostly into rivers, but I always fish Leland during the spring and summer. Fished it for the first time from a boat this year actually, my buddy and I had a crazy good year for several species, even caught two catfish and somehow a small(12-14 inch) Coho, Always fun to fish that lake cause you never know what you are gonna catch.
