We fished Bitter Lake on 11/2. Got there early and tried trolling and cast/retrieve for about 90 minutes. Had a couple hookups and one landed on kastmasters and spinners. Switched to power bait and it was instantaneous - we had hits within a few seconds every time. The rain was pretty bad at times and we ended up with 7, but all things considered, it was a new experience on a new lake and we caught fish
