Decided to take the boat out and see if I could stir up any fish. Started some time before 8, maybe earlier. The water was still when I started, but the wind picked up later. Anyways, I started out bass fishing, working the docks at the top end of the lake. I might of had a couple strikes, but they were pretty light. Then I switched over to trolling, hoping that I could at least get a fish and not get skunked. I threw a orange hot-shot out behind the boat maybe 20 yds. About halfway down my pass I saw my rod shoot down. I started reeling, but only felt weight, no tugging. I reeled in, and the weight ended up being a 11 inch trout, probably a stocker considering the fact it had no fight whatsoever. That was the only action I had all day, but it felt good to catch a fish. Tight Lines
