Fished and camped at Green Lake over the weekend of 3/23 -3/25/01. We make an annual trip up to this lake at the end of the general season (March). The ice was just coming off and had cleared by Sunday. Had about 4 - 6 poles in the water most of the time since there were 7 in our party. Fished from the bank with a power bait and eggs/marshmallow. Caught around 20 fish with most in the 8" range. Caught 5 in the 16" range with the biggest at 18" (way to go Kevin). The lake was nice but the camping area was trashed as usual. Last year we hauled out several bags of trash only to find the area just as bad. What a shame. Hope to go back next year and hook into that 4 year old 'bow. Please pick up after yourself and save these Okanagon lakes for the future.
