Trolled dick nites and flatfish near the surface (only used a couple small split shot) and consistently caught small rainbows (8-11 inches), 6 total. We had more hits trolling right through the middle of the lake, and less action when we were trolling closer to the edges. Had a hard time getting another bite past 11:30am though. Had a good time kicking it with the old man, despite the small fish :)
