After not catching anything at another lake, we stopped at my favorite spot at Lake Washington and no one was at the dock, just the way I like it.

I only had my 10.5ft medium action rod with me.

Perch was pretty consistent in 8ft of water. Most of the female have laid their eggs already. The male were still milking. Kept a few of the bigger perch (8"+) and the rest were released.

Caught 4 Peamouth Chub.

A ton of sculpin, all released.

Lastly, caught what I think is a carp. 19" 4.92lb. It was super fun with the long flexible rod. A couple of times it swam under the dock and having the long rod really helped. My friend helped me net it after it was tired out.

Any one know what kind of carp?
