Stopped in at Trout Lake at 3pm. Fisher just pulling his boat out of the water had caught his limit. We put in and he was right - the fish were biting. Not much size to them so we C&R most of them. Panfish was our main goal, but couldn't keep the trout off. Only a few panfish bites mixed in. Four boats total on the water, which was the reason for going to such a small lake on opening day boating season.
