Decided to give Chain lake a try. Started fishing at 8:45am and fished a little over 4 hrs. God blessed with 18 fish and lost some on top of that. Weather was mostly cloudy. Trolled Elgin Fishing God's Tooth spoons and had action on almost every pattern. No one pattern really stood out but the best performer was the 50/50 blue followed by green top. Slow action setting worked the best as the fish really didn't care for the fast action setting. All fish carefully released to fight again. The fish seemed to be between 10" and 12" and were all stockers in my opinion. Fish caught in top 5' of the water column.

The fish also clearly preferred a faster troll than what I normally would troll at which was interesting. Wishing all tight lines!
