Nice beautiful pacific northwest weather. So right after getting the kids done with homework's and have dinner, we decided to fish and enjoy the sun in Silver lake. Used 2 pole with bottom set up pinks and green power eggs that the kids found on the ground.(why buy a jar when you can just pick from the other anglers left over, its still works and save money this way). My daughter had a drop shot set up with night crawler on it. 1st fish was a triploid on my sons rod, which he fight and land it by his own, a 17.5" long. The rest came in as a regular size stock trouts. My daughter all of the perch. Fished the last three hour of sunshine. It was a very fun day at the lake, got some limit of fish for pan fry.
