Arrived at Depression lake south beach at 1pm and used sliding weight 1.5 oz on a snap swivel with bobber and power bait garlic salmon scent. Fished it for half an hour with no bites. Neighboring fisherman husband and wife fished east shore on the bottom with sliding weight and power bait caught 7 fish in 2 hours. I lost my rig twice due to snagging on rocks on the bottom after I adjusted my set up for bottom fishing east shoreline. No bites.
