Hit the water access site with a friend of mine. There were four other people fishing from shore and two kayakers on the water. Fishing was slow....i mean real slow. I tried a variety of common trout baits to no avail. the other people caught about 5 or 6 total rainbows. it was real slow for them too. the guys out on the water had better luck.

I want to go back and troll this lake targeting the brown trout. Hopefully that will be a better report than this disappointing one.
