I stated fishing around 7am and quit about 10:30am. It was mostly cloudy with only one shower while I was there. The water temperature had gone down to 66 from Sundays 68.
Watching the underwater videos I have learned not to let my gear go unchecked. So I brought it up often. I also think I saw almost all the bites. This video had lots of fish following. Even when my hook was on top of the dodger. I even had one attack the camera. Well that is what I thought it was doing.
I got one kokanee at 28 feet on the downrigger in 60’s feet of water on a Dick Nite Pink Splatter dodger and Wannafish A Lure Pink Splatter Squiddy Thing.
Then I brought the big trout into the boat on a Dick Nite 50/50 dodger with Wannafish A Lure Gilded Lily. The kokanee was 14.5 and the trout (with light orange meat) was 14 inches.
