Nice hike into the lake about 55 min. There is a short fishermans trail along the shoreline just a short way off the main trail. Used pink powerbait, cast out as far as possible. Caught one in first 5 minutes. about 8-9 inch, did C&R. Had several more hits caught another small one later. A fun relaxing day on the lake with my wife. Stayed till 4:30 when the thunderheads came in and the downpoor hit.

Tried a spinner, only small ones followed it. Tied a fly, got one hit. Lots of small ones breaking surface.
