Finally popped my baker cherry…..

Arrived at Swift Creek campground on Sunday evening. Launched the boat, Set up camp, ate dinner and went to bed.

Woke up Monday @355AM and headed down to the boat… fished in front of noisy creek for about 4 hours and didn’t see a net fly, trolled over to Shannon creek and saw one fish caught.

Called it a day and went back to tie up the boat and rest…

I talked to a few people who had to same luck as us…

I also made some new friends who gave me some insight on locations and set-ups to use. (Thanks Zack and Andrew for the info)


Woke up Tuesday @355AM and headed out… we found some willing fish, had to call it a day around 10AM after trying to release fatty dolly I took a hook in my hand… Never had that happen before………I wish Baker was a barbless fishery … lol….
