Fished all day for walleye and/or perch. Caught 7 fish all day, two big largemouth bass, 2 small perch and 3 catfish. Very slow day. Tried trolling worm harnesses and still fishing with worms. Vood day to be on the water, just wished the fishi g was better.

When I was there last, the walleye seemed to be following the trout schools. Got trout, then caught walleye. Majority of places we usually see walleye had lots of catfish. Was told to troll at faster speeds with artificials, but that just got me bigger catfish. Best advice was to fish Medicare Beach (watch out, gets shallow fast) and off State Park. Bass seemed prevalent in Lind Coulee and by Goose Island (use caution here too rock formations can come up fast)

Awesome. Thanks cor the info. and help. I think we probably were trolling too slow. There were a bunch of boats over by the state park. I will give your suggestions a try the next time I go there!
