Spent a quiet Easter day on Lake Campbell. Pretty breezy and cold in the morning. Warmed up around noon but the breeze was constant. First hour out nothing. Changed up gear a couple of times and finally got a taker. A nice 15" rainbow. After that nothing for another hour, then in a period of 20 minutes my husband and I landed 3 more. He caught two 15" rainbows and I got the surprise of my life when I pulled in a 19" rainbow. Spent another couple of hours with a few hits but no takers. On the way back to the boat launch picked up a 13" rainbow.
