Hit the water around 0530 each morning and all 3 of us in the boat were limited out around noon. Silvers were the name of the game, for some reason, the humpy's just weren't hitting well. Wished I could of been there when they open it up for wild coho's on the 16th. We trolled a white and green hoochie with herring strips on about 18 inches of leader trailing behind a 10" flasher on a deep six. With the over-cast skies and cooler weather we only dropped down to 35'-50' of water. They kept coming up and finning themselves on the surface all morning long. Quite a spectacle when they get going. Will go back next labor day!
