That would be a great boat for saltwater. Would get you around almost all the time out on the salt, except for the few real nasty days out there. Just get a prop on that OB, not a jet and you will be good...

5/30/2008 4:36:00 PMMy buddy has a jet boat and uses it in the salt all the time. I am told the only issue is if there is allot of debris in the water it can get sucked into the jet, otherwise it works fine. Other than that, obviously a good flush is mandatory with any motor in salt. I think you will be okay in the salt.
