So I get a phone call monday evening from my buddy (in the picture shown) telling me that him and his other buddy caught 3 kings ranging from 10-18lbs and one silver that was about 8lbs this evening and that I should get out there tommorrow to get in on the action.

So tuesday morning comes and its about 7am and I'm playing Madden2011 becasue it just came out and I wanted to get a game or 2 in before I headed over to the island to fish. My buddy calls me again saying he has just caught a 27lb hatchery hen at his place and I need to get out there to fish.

So I head over there...catch the last hour of the low out going....nothin....we go clam digging at double bluff which went well and now we are going to wait for high tide at 6pm to nail the kings again!

So 6 pm finally comes around and we actually see kings rolling and swirling no more than 15-20 feet off the shore but they wont bite. The magical lure the last few days has been a krockodile painted white but nothing tonight.

Anyways...I didn't get my king but its good to see them moving in and I wanted to show my buddies 27lber off that he so kindly waited to filet unitl after I got there so I could get a pic for evidence......and just in case you were wondering the fish was caught on shore in the backdrop of this photo.
