Long time reader first time posting. I went fishing in the surf, outside of La Push, to see what I could find. Thought that if there was anything out there a 1/2oz. spoon would be my best bet. My second cast and fish on! Brought it in after a brief battle and saw that I had caught a surf perch and it was about 1 and 1/4 lbs. Four more followed that one and I called it quits.

On another note I am working out in La Push for the remainder of the summer. I would be extremely grateful to hop aboard a boat going out for salmon or bottom fish. Will pitch in for gas, I have my own gear, and would help with anything else. Leave a comment for other information
