Fished Chambers on Saturday from about 7:30-11:30AM. 25 Boats on the mouth upon arrival, majority of them were jigging/mooching. Trolled the 100' line for two passes with no success. Moved in to the 80' line for two passes with nothing either. Finally got a take down on the 60' line trolling north in front of the mouth, fishing at 45' on the rigger. Landed a nice, fat, chrome bright hatchery chinook...........21" long. Bummer. Let him go to grow that last inch for someone else. Fish took a spoon 40" behind an 11" Cop Car flasher, trolling at about 2mph. Didn't see anyone else land a keeper all morning. It was a beautiful day and it felt good to land a fish, even though we went home empty.
