The Halibut fishing has been pretty good as of late at Sekiu, if you put in a little effort and time you will be rewarded with some very nice table fare. This last weekend we had the Halibut Derby, a 71 pound Hali won with a respective 57 and 54 pound fish taking up the second and third place. The day before we caught a 59 lb Hali. Here is Tom with his first ever Halibut, he was more then happy with his fish as you can see. There is only one more week left for Hali's at Sekiu, if you're not busy this week, you might want to get out there and get one of these beauties.
