I already posted this report but there was some error thing. I'm in Newport Oregon with a friend and the family over spring break, so I decided we would try some surf fishing. In the morning, we went out to Yaquina head and fished quarry cove/etc. No luck at all, besides a crab that decided to grab onto some shrimp. After that we went to the public fishing pier in the bay where my friend caught a cabezon and greenling. After that we went back to Yaquina head at low tide to fish in some of the huge tide pools in Quarry cove. We each caught a greenling on a dropshot with soft plastics. Were going deepsea fishing tommorow so I'll post about that too.
