9/12/2012 3:09:00 PMThere are some pinks coming this year (for example, read Snohomish river rules stating that you must release pinks). It's only that in even years it's a different stock, very low numbers and I imagine they would be in the endangered list... so if you do catch one, you must release it (and congratulate yourself in being lucky enough to catch one).

9/12/2012 3:18:00 PMActually, I went to the Wallace River Hatchery, and saw a dead pink in the maturing pool. Oval spots on the tail, hump, adipose fin, kype and all.
