We launched at the 28th street ramp at 7:00am. Started trolling downstream with cut plugs, and red/green fish flashes with an 8oz dropper. Fish on at 8am, played it for a few minutes and lost it to a seal. WTH! Got trolling again and hooked up at 8:30, this was a bigger fish! Netted and bonked a 26 pounder! We trolled untill 10:30 and my buddy hooks up, 16 pounder in the box! We kept trolling in hopes of some silvers, but gave it up at 2pm. We left happy, with a limit of huge kings.
