Made it out just after high tide Sunday evening. Hoping to find some schools of bait to work. Left Armeni at around 4:30 and searched around the opening to Elliot bay and didn't see a lot of birds or bait so ran over to west point. Weather was getting thick pretty quickly so made one run across the channel working all depths and running herring on one pole and a hoochie on the other. No bites. A few birds and a few marks on the finder. Unfortunately, couldn't work it real well as we started to lose sight of land and had to head on in. Water was pretty rough too. If the weather holds up I will probably try to work around the Edmonds oil docks if I can sneak outta work. Heard that's the area they have still been holding up in locally. Any reports or info is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.
