I went camping near Norwegian Memorial with a group of guys from April 26-28. The first two days the conditions were pretty terrible. I fished briefly both days, but after about 30 seconds my line would be covered in a massive plethora of seaweeds. The third day the skies lightened up though before a new storm rolled in later in the day. We got about two hours of paradise and I caught three redtail surf perch. All were quite big, released two, and kept the one pictured. As always saw a lot of cool stuff up at that part of the coast: sea otters, seals, shark jaws, chitons, anemones, limpets of all sizes!
