Dropped a couple pots an hour before the extreme low this morning and pulled them two hours later. Ended up with 4 keeper dungies and I also took home 3 very large red rocks. With all the pots out prior to my arrival, I had prepared myself for a possible skunking. I dropped my gear a bit shoreward in 50 feet of water to avoid the majority of the other pots and it paid off. During my 2 hour soak, I targeted resident coho without so much as a shaker or a strike. Lots of seaweed and jellies, those purple tentacles are a pain to get off your gear!
