Was out at Browns Pt. theSaturday looking for pinks with no luck, but did talk to a fly fisherman who said he had done well with coho and cutthroat at Narrows Park. We headed down there on Sunday with both spinning and fly gear. Unfortunately the seals were there in force, counted 4. So we concentrated the trout a little closer in to avoid the seals - Brett got two small cuttys, and an assortment of bullhead and flounders. He was using a blue/flash#2 buzzbomb with a dark green/red hoochie. I was using a green buzz bomb with a hoochie and got nothing. Kid is always out fishing me! I had to remind him on who tied up his rig so his head wouldn't get too big for his hat! Still had fun, and it was a beautiful day and setting to be fishing in. Maybe next time the seals will be somewhere else.
