Out on the water by 0515, pretty windy & choppy, & overcast. Trolled over to Richmond Beach to drop off crab pots, graphing fish, but no takers. Wanted to go to Possesion, but again, too windy/choppy so we stayed within the vicinity, as far north as Mukilteo. Check 1 pot about 1130, 2 small ones, of course released. Decided to fish another 1 1/2 hours, 1 nice hit, but lost it. Fish checker came by from Richmond Beach, alot of boats, but not many fish, we got skunked!! Brother and I decided to come bacl later in the evening to check the pots. Got out by 2030 and from a distance, saw someone throwing our buoy back in, when he saw us, he took off, too far away to get a good description of type of boat. Smaller boat, 1 man, totally sucks,..what would you do? Go after him? The mentality of people,...
