Fished a pink BuzzBomb from the beach from a little after 5 until about 7:30 a.m. Tide was heading out. No luck. Saw one solitary jumper -- beautiful fish, vertical clear out of the water -- at about 5:30. Lovely warm morning, though, with a seal hanging out offshore and an osprey hitting the water about 15 yards from me. He went home empty-taloned too, so I didn't feel so bad.
