Got family out from Nebraska, so took a daytrip for crab. Launched out of ShilShole about 10am, fog was just starting to burn off and it was looking to be a great day. Ran over to Murden Cove off Bainbridge Island and dropped the pots in 75' of water at about 11am, then we headed south to Blake Island for a picnic lunch. We were able to squeeze into a spot on the dock so we didn't need to beach the boat and spent a couple hours on the island eating lunch and walking around.
About 2 we decided to head back, between the two pots we had about 30 crab total only 1 of wich was female. Out of that we kept the 5 largest dungees (threw 3 keepers back) and 3 Rock Crab.
From there we headed back to Shilshole and home for crab and beers. Fun day was had by all.
