I was in line at the dock when the gates opened because I got there early enough to get parking on the side. I think I caught a fish in the first 10 minutes I was in the water. A few others caught some. It was really slow. There was about 2-3 hours straight that no one caught a fish. Lots of seals there today and a mom and pup got close. I was looking toward Maury Island when I saw whale breach. In the days following others reported it deeper in Puget Sound.
It was a very slow day compared to the 12th. Pinkpole had 0 bites and I got the one in 6 hours of fishing. We left at noon.
The tides were: Low 4:10 AM 1.2ft High 10:31 AM 9.2ft Low 3:54 PM 5.0ft.
