Holy crap I saw some of the most insane fishing on Puget Sound I have ever seen on Saturday. Basically all day. I started out in my new kayak and was able to bloody her deck with a nice pink! I was casting Buzz Bombs in the little bay that is between the Silver Cloud and whats left of Dickman Mill. It was on! Fish jumping everywhere and everyone catching fish. I mean everyone. I think people off the bank were doing better than people in boats. So I went home, cleaned the one I caught and headed down to Sun Dial park to meet up with my buddy. Second cast, BAM! fish on and in the net. We managed to lose a lot of fish in the afternoon...Don't know why but they were jumping like crazy and shaking hooks out. I managed two more and then wet home (I live right up the hill) to clean them up and eat dinner. After dinner, I headed back down (had to lean on the wife to let me go this time - she was at home with my 18 month old boy all day God bless her) and caught my last fish for a limit at sundown. Probably one of the craziest, funnest days I have had on Puget Sound in recent memory. It was really cool to see the little kids trying to reel those fish in. I saw so many ear to ear grins Saturday you couldn't help but smile. Hope everyone else did as well!!
