Decent day on the salt. Started the day by dropping a crab pot then chasing Kings through the tide change at 8:30. Mostly around Gig Harbor with only one bite/hook up. Unfortunately, lost the fish 20' from the boat. Looked like a pink but could have been a coho. Hour after tide, moved to Browns point and trolled around south of the lighthouse. Got into a 5lb pink within 5min of the gear being down. Hooked it on the classic 11" white flasher with mini pink squid behind it. Half hour later hooked and landed a coho of similar size on a Brad's cut plug/dodger combo. Ended the day with the coho and two rock crabs to take home. Off the water by 11:30. Crowds were thin and the pink we landed was really bright. Kinda regret letting it go.
