The low tide made it interesting to begin with. After slowly making it out to the channel it was decision time. Anderson Island, the green can at the mouth of the Nisqually, look for pinks along Dupont? Oh what the heck, tried them all! Cruised up to the mouth of Chambers Creek too.
Didn't even witness any fish! The closest I had to hope was a man leaving the remains of a salmon at the boat launch. He gave me hope until he told me the fish had come from Westport.
Always good to get out on the water but sometimes I lament the good old days.
Is it too early, too late?
I post this because I never read about this area. Maybe there's nothing to report?
