Went out to fish for carp and Trout caught about 5 or 6 carp one was about
12 inches which is small for the fish in the lake I got it almost in when it
decided to take off for the mess of branches near by and I knew what was
going to happen I felt my line go dead then it took off with great speed
fought the dang thing for about 5 minutes then realized I had a 20 inch
muskie attached to my line I got him in as quickly as possible to make sure
that it would be released quickly and with out harm. quick note make sure
anything under 12 inches doesn't get near the weeds and the submerged trees
and branches unless you want to loose it to a tooth muskie. after that I
caught a few trout with the fly rod one was a decent brown which I realised
all in all the fish is starting up .
