SUMMARY: *** 3 STRIKES *** NO FISH ***
DETAILS: Today was almost a 90 degree day, so we didn't anticipate much action. We started at about 1:00 p.m. and tried two principal methods: pop gear and trolling flies.
One fisherman (of about 5 on the lake today) caught a trout by the Summer Camp as he trolled with just a worm. There were many kids having a great time splashing around (great to see them having a good time on a hot day). Fish seemed understandably spooked.
ANALYSIS: The early bird should use a worm (i.e. we probably would have had better luck starting off about 6:00 a.m. with a worm).
Tight lines to one and all!
