Left sandy point around 1:20 and went out to Matia with my bro. Fished a variety of jigs, first drop my bro got a nice kelp greenling and I hooked up on a dandy ling. This was good of course but as I was fighting the fish I was fumbling to get out my gopro to film the ordeal, with my luck I dropped my new gopro in the water and watched it slip away, Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!! But it wasn't time to grieve as I had a big'N on. sure enough it was destined to dinner as it was a keeper. I forgot about the gopro and kept on fishing only to get a lot of rockfish to throw back and a big ling that got away. got back in around 3:45. good times.
