7/16/2014 10:21:00 PMWell I feel better anyway. Had some tire trouble with my Tundra, had to get it fixed so I didnt make the opener. I'm taking my boat to CQ on Sunday, so I'll prob just wait until then. The last few years on Possession the opener was hot.

7/16/2014 11:08:00 PMSpringers were late on the Columbia. Sockeye showed late at Baker and Lk WA. I'm guessing the Chinook will be along in a few more weeks.

7/17/2014 11:11:00 AMFished Possession, Point No Point and Skunk Bay on opener. Went home disappointed saw the best bite at PNP but only saw 7 fish netted all day. Not as it was last year. First the San Juan opening weeks are much below normal and then we see this. Looks like a trip to Columbia is on the schedule.

7/18/2014 2:30:00 PMI fished Rosario Strait twice the first week. Nada. I didn't make it on the opener there but my buddy did and he got one that was 25 pounds near Strawberry Island but then the bite died.
