Report#3:

Arrived at Browns Point around 7:15pm. After about 45 minutes, as I was retrieving my lure and getting it close to shore, I noticed a pink following it in, so I slowed down my retrieve, and sure enough it took the pink jig.. It was only about 7 feet away from me when I hooked it, and with some luck and skill (I would hope), I was able to land the fish. As I pulled it onto the bank, the hook came right out. But I was able to secure it and punch my card with my second pink of the season. After that, I did hook into another fish which felt much heavier, however after a 5 second fight, it came off the hook, and I never got a chance to see it, just the ripples it left behind in the water as it swam away.
