First report for this fairly new salmon-seeker: I got an old Glasply that is finally working this year and have been out a half dozen times. This morning, my dad, father-in-law, and I launched out of Mukilteo about 7am after a delayed start for losing the boat plug before we pulled out of the driveway. Anyway, we trolled mostly to Possession Point and had nothing but one shaker. Finally, after hearing of a contact hitting several fish near the Shipwreck, we took off there. We fairly quickly landed our first coho of the morning, weighing 5lbs. We fished a few more hours and ended with 4 coho and 1 pink. The cohos were all smaller in the 3-5 pound range. Fish were caught on white hoochies and spoons, at depths of 60-125 feet.
