My first time launching at Shilshole, nice ramp, a bit disorganized but friendly environment. I was disappointed however with the absence of a fresh water wash down area.

Super weather, light winds, about 25 boats fishing in the general area. Impressive for a Wednesday.

I connected almost immediately with a nice size wild silver using a Green Squid hoochie oiled with Mike's Herring oil, with a Wigglefin action disc behind a 11" Hotspot dodger . First time trying a Wigglefin, kudos to the guy in Idaho who runs that company.

Switched tackle to cut plug herring brined in Blue dye. No action, so pulled it up after a spell to find a shaker mucking up the works. Eventually caught my second Coho on that rig, a smaller Hatchery female. Great to catch my limit... even the Fish & Game guy seemed impressed!
