We, Cami, Glenn, and George, met at the dock at 6:15 to head out, almost straight north to 450 feet I think. I select a new creation to start the day off with. It was a white squid over an insert with glow and chartreuse flash, white glow beads, with a green glow flasher. I think it was a glow one, but I am not sure. I caught Coho almost right away. There were lots of little ones; George was the shaker king today. Today we could keep either, wild or hatchery. The first one I kept was a hatchery.
When the action slowed I changed to another new lure called Jaded F24 Mojo. I caught the biggest of the day on this. I won the right to fish slap George for a F24 Xperience

While this fish wasn’t really big, it was the largest of the day. I am not sure how much it weighed. All the Coho were small
When it slowed again I changed to a tube fly I made last year. We had moved west of where we were and I went down to 44 feet since I had covered from surface to 91 feet trying to get out of the little ones. They were in the entire water column. Anyway, I get one that pops the line out of the clip and as I get it out of the rod holder it pulled so hard it pulled me off balance. That startled me and then I found it was gone. Man that must have been a twenty pounder. LOL. That was my excitement for the day. I forgot to get any pictures of my salmon.
