Fished Indian village Sunday morning from around 9:00 to 1:00. Trolled mostly green flashers with a red stripe followed by whole anchovy in a bloody nose teaser head. We did switch it up a little trying various spoons with no luck. Had 3 or 4 good strikes on the anchovies that managed to get away with our bait and spit the hook.
We did manage to geo one nice size salmon up to the boat (10+ pounds) only to see we had a coho. At 10+ it was bigger than any coho I caught last year, but they all seemed on the smaller side last year, too bad we had to let it swim away. The only other guy I talked to out there said he too had released a coho but had no luck with Chinook. Out of the 20 or so other boats out there I did not see a single net out.
