Hit the upper end of Thomas Eddy about 6:30. Lots of fish showing, and fishing was great on the incoming tide. The fish continued to bite until an hour or so after the tide turned, and the bait fisherman who knew what they were doing definitely had the edge over those of us using artificials. Most of the fish I saw where on the small (4-5#) side, but fun on light tackle. One request, the place is getting full of trash. Lots of beverage cans and sand shrimp containers. One idiot even cleaned his catch and tossed the carcasses alongside the road in the parking area. Don't know why fishing pinks brings out all the knuckle-heads, but please, pick up your trash when you go home!
