Went out to the Sno this morning with some friends. Got there at 6AM, weather was overcast but not too cold. Started with a pink jig. Didn't get anything, switched to my nickle/brass Dick Nite spoon. After a while, landed a pink. It was turning, more green than silver. I turned her back to make more pinks.

My friend got a smaller pink off of a similar pink jig, but it spit it out. Just as well, he would have likely turned that one back. He was happy to have even hooked one.

Seems like the Pink season is definitely winding down.

The fish tend to get stale in the river after awhile with no rain. The pinks I have caught lately have been mostly getting dark. There could be some more fish just waiting in the salt for the rain. There could be more bright pinks as well, I don't know the run timing...

Good point. With today's rain, some more pinks plus some silvers should be comming in, hopefully.
