Finally a good day to fish no rain a bit windy though. I started fishing the most northern part of the lake at around 7:45 AM the bass were biting good on either a red and white single bladed spinner bait or a chartreuse and white spinner bait and also dark green and brown curly/paddle tail jigs with either a 1/8 or 1/2 ounce jig head. I probably out fished the guys that were in the local tournament in numbers of fish caught I caught probably 15 fish in a 2 hour span most where about a pound to a pound and a half largest fish caught probably weighed some where around 3 pounds
some day I would like to be in a bass fishing tournament but for now I am content with fishing for fun and learning more about bass fishing. hope to see you all out on the water. keep on fishing.
